Who handles your data
- Data controller
- True Fortune Sister Sites
- Privacy requests
- info@truefortunesites.co.uk
- Request log
- Kept 14 days, then deleted
No accounts, no cookies
The magnifying lens, the clause notes, the contents button and the question panels are all handled by your own browser. There is no login, no newsletter, no form and no cookie, and no analytics or advertising code is loaded.
The web server’s own records
For every request, the hosting server adds a line to its access log: the address of the computer asking (its IP address), the date and time, the request line (method, requested path and protocol), the response status, the bytes sent, the referring page where the browser supplies one, and the user agent, the browser’s own label for itself. The log is rotated each day, and every rotated file is deleted after 14 days.
The log exists to run and protect the server, a purpose UK GDPR accepts as a legitimate interest. No analytics or advertising code runs on these pages to use it, and nothing from it is sold or passed on to a casino or an advertiser.
What you can ask for
Write to info@truefortunesites.co.uk to learn what the log holds about you, to have a wrong entry corrected, to ask for erasure, or to object to its use. The log reaches back only 14 days, so give the date, time and IP address of the visit. Requests handled badly can be reported to the data protection regulator for the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office; its address is ico.org.uk.
Other websites
Casinos are named as sources but never linked. Links to regulators, archives and support charities take you to sites with their own privacy terms, and they carry no affiliate codes or tracking tags. Typefaces are served from this site, not from a font service, and the casino logos and the homepage screenshots of all ten casinos compared are self-hosted image files, so looking at them sends nothing to any casino.
