Casino terms, read to the last clause

True Fortune breaks, self-exclusion and free help

True Fortune’s break lasts up to six weeks and its self-exclusion closes the account, both set up by writing to support, and none of its pages says either one reaches the other casinos on its programme. Its terms name the Government of Curaçao as regulator but give no licence number or licence holder.

If you need to talk to someone today, call the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133. It costs nothing, it is confidential, and it answers around the clock in England and Scotland. In Wales, call the NHS Wales gambling helpline on 0808 2819 265.

What to settle before you play

  • Pick a loss limit for the week that would not change anything else in your life, and stop when it is gone.
  • Do not leave money sitting in the account: after 120 days with no login, or no bet, the casino may keep the balance, and a closed account’s balance cannot be withdrawn.

True Fortune’s own tools

The responsible gaming page also takes daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits through the same written request, and while a break runs it restricts the account and any new one opened there. It points to Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy and the Global Gambling Guidance Group for outside help. Ask each casino you use, in writing, whether its break or exclusion reaches the others, and keep the replies.

GAMSTOP and a blocker on every device

If you have registered with GAMSTOP, the free national self-exclusion scheme, get Gamban, BetBlocker or a comparable blocking program running on your phone, tablet and any computer used for gambling, and ask True Fortune’s support in writing for self-exclusion. A self-exclusion is a reason to stay away from every casino, never a gap to look for.
